Nearly Getting Stranded! 25th July 10

Last night we watched Chicago which is different but fantastic all the same! It gave me goosebumps with the spectacular dancing.
Me and my brother stayed up till 12 reading. I have to share a room with him which isn't ideal! Since he moans at me constantly like he just did because I left the door of our bedroom open. I didn't want it to make a noise and wake him up but it obviously didn't make a difference seeing as now we're all flopped on bouncy sofas chatting over coffee!
We just got back from a massive round of golf! The course is huge and it's brilliant! Only Dad played. Me and Josh were caddies while Mum was being attacked by flies carrying the laptop case. In the clubhouse the internet didn't work, which was expected, so I couldn't write up my blog! Mum and me had a chat about the holiday and that it hasn't really started yet so we shouldn't moan about it so much, especially Josh. But he perked up after the golf and I nearly got a lily pad flower. I really want one because they're exceptionally beautiful! Even though we nearly got hit in the head with a golf ball it brightened the day, literally! Roast dinner soon!
Lunch was hilarious! Apart from the fact that I firmly told Josh to stop making the holiday revolve around him and no one else. The place where we were told to sit was in a huge sports hall that looked like a church and because of a large row of yellow curtains that stretched along one wall, a private morgue! There were enough old people to make a morgue by the looks of it! Although there was was guy, really handsome and about my age. He sat in a perfect spot where I could check him out because thankfully my gaydar had clicked when I spotted him! A couple of times we locked eyes and I got a crackling warm feeling in my stomach. I tried to flirt but it's hard when you can't talk. Then we left and I hope with all of my heart that I see him again.
Next, we set off to a beach about 10 minutes away and the sea was surprisingly warm, my mum told me, unlike the cold ice cream we had! Mum looked at the craft fair but didn't buy anything then after that Dad lost the keys to the car and got all uptight in a panic. Luckily, we found them where we sat down for a bit on the beach, thanks to me drawing in the sand we remembered the location! Panic over I reassured everyone until we got home after singing to the radio and crashing out on the sofa.
During dinner, which was only little because of our glorious lunch earlier. We joked about chavs and played Go Fish and Snap as well as trying to show off our magic skills! Then we went inside to watch some telly and the flies kept buzzing around annoying me as usual. After chuckling at the latest episode of The IT Crowd we went to bed, trying to work out what the evolution of farts would sound like!
